Unwind in the zone of well-being and join vital debates on sleep: Zentiva will show you how to recharge your batteries
Pohoda runs at full speed from the very first concert until the morning sunrises, but every now and then, your body asks for a well-deserved break. In the Zone of Well-being by Zentiva, you can step back and unwind whenever you run out of juice. A sanctuary of peace and relaxation awaits you—featuring specialized resting pods, a zen reset, and activities designed to get you back into top festival shape.
14. June 2026
In addition to this perfect relaxation hub, Zentiva is bringing panel discussions to the ESET SCIENCE ARENA, hosted by Oli Džupinková. Leading experts will dive deep into the topics of fatigue and sleep deprivation, which affect so many of us in our daily lives.
Make sure to add these discussions to your festival schedule:
Friday 4:30 PM – Fatigue as the New Normal: Why do we keep going when we are exhausted?
We are tired, but we keep going. We function on caffeine, performance, and the belief that rest must be earned. Where is the line between regular fatigue and a state where our body or mind is telling us we need to slow down? And why do we so often ignore the signs that we are exhausted?
Host: Oli Džupinková
Guests: Jana Bendová (General Practitioner), Denisa Moravčík Debrecká (Psychologist), and Milan "Docent" Sedliak
Saturday 4:30 PM – Can't Sleep? Welcome to Reality: Sleep in the age of exhaustion
Today, we often treat sleep as a luxury that can be caught up on over the weekend. However, the body remembers everything—the endless scrolling, the stress, the frantic pace of work, and those nights when we just can't turn our brains off. Why do we struggle to fall asleep, wake up tired, and operate on the brink of exhaustion? And what actually happens to us when we go long-term without the sleep we need?
Host: Oli Džupinková
Guests: Zuzana Guzmická (Sleep Consultant), Karol Kleinmann (Psychologist, ksebe platform)
