Kill Your Rap Idols bring the voice of a new generation to Pohoda 2026
One of the most powerful collaborations on today’s Czech and Slovak alternative scene is coming to Trenčín Airport. Kill Your Rap Idols will unite five standout artists at Pohoda 2026 – Berlin Manson, Temný Rudo, Fvck_Kvlt, Edúv Syn and Dušan Vlk. Together, they will deliver an intense live show balancing rap, punk, electronics and raw generational expression.

Kill Your Rap Idols is more than just a concert line-up – it is a meeting point of different artistic worlds connected by authenticity, powerful lyrics and a refusal to conform to genre or social expectations. Each artist represents one of the strongest voices of the new domestic scene, and their shared performances carry the energy of a collective manifesto.
Berlin Manson have become one of the most talked-about Slovak bands in recent years. Their synth-punk sound, uncompromising lyrics and explosive live shows earned them the Discovery of the Year award at the 2022 Radio_Head Awards, followed by three more awards in 2025. The band has performed at festivals such as Sziget, Colours of Ostrava, Eurosonic and Pohoda, establishing themselves as one of the leading names of the new Central European guitar scene.
Temný Rudo brings a dark, dystopian energy to the project, influenced by funk, trap, and internet aesthetics. In his world full of ravens, frustration, and inner demons, he creates an intense musical statement about the search for meaning beyond consumerism and fast-paced city life.
Fvck_Kvlt, the project of Denis Bango, has been pushing the boundaries of Slovak rap ever since the release of Zabijem sa!, with the breakthrough coming through the acclaimed album Cigán, which won two Radio_Head Awards. His music merges punk, rap, electronics and sharp social commentary into an intense personal statement. His latest album Mŕtva revolúcia is accompanied by a manifesto of the same name, while his live performances with KVLT CREW rank among the most intense experiences on the local scene today.
Edúv Syn, born Matej Myslovič, creates dark introspective rap rooted in punk and hardcore culture. His music works both as personal therapy and as a generational statement, exploring mental health alongside the condition of society itself. Trap beats, experimentation, melancholy and authenticity all collide in his work. He has collaborated with Fvck_Kvlt, Berlin Manson, Viktor Orii and Dušan Vlk, becoming one of the most distinctive voices of the contemporary Slovak underground.
Dušan Vlk is one of the leading figures of the new wave of Slovak experimental rap. His music blends grime, punk, ambient and industrial influences with lyrics reflecting anxiety, social pressure and the realities of a younger generation. His performances move between club intensity and performative expression, earning him a reputation as one of the most authentic voices on the current scene.
Kill Your Rap Idols at Pohoda 2026 will deliver more than just a concert — it will be a raw, honest, loud and deeply emotional statement of a generation.
Pohoda 2026 will feature performances by The Cure, Gorillaz, The Prodigy, Lykke Li, Denzel Curry, IDLES, Oliver Tree, Apashe & Brass Orchestra, Action Bronson, Emilíana Torrini, Baxter Dury, and many more.
