Kalush Orchestra bring Ukrainian rap and folk fusion to Pohoda

Ukrainian band Kalush Orchestra will also perform at Pohoda Festival, bringing their distinctive fusion of ethnic music elements, Ukrainian-language rap and modern hip-hop production.

14. April 2026

The Kyiv-based group became a global sensation after winning the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 with their song Stefania. The track quickly became a symbol of Ukrainian culture and solidarity, while the band’s videos on YouTube have reached nearly 100 million views.

Kalush Orchestra have collaborated with several international artists, including Finnish rock band Rasmus, Polish rapper Szpaku and Canadian artist bbno$. Their music video for Shchedryi Vechir was even filmed in the United States and featured legendary actor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The band has appeared at major international festivals and events, including Glastonbury Festival and SXSW. Over the years they have performed more than 500 shows across Europe and appeared on numerous high-profile TV programs around the world.

Beyond music, Kalush Orchestra are also deeply engaged in humanitarian efforts. During the years of full-scale war they have raised more than 90 million UAH to support Ukraine and its armed forces, while regularly supporting charitable initiatives for children and families affected by the conflict.

At Pohoda they will present a new live show combining powerful visuals with the unique blend of traditional culture and modern rap that defines their sound.
