Support Pohoda festival with 2% of your income tax

You can support Pohoda also by assigning 2% of your income tax to civic association Do pohody. It is also via this association that since 2015 we have been implementing projects at our festival. Thank you for your support.

How to do that:

I am an employee:
Ask your employer to fill in a Confirmation of Tax Paid (the employer will issue it no later than on the 15^thApril). Then fill in the Declaration of 2% Tax Assignation. Deliver both documents to your tax office no later than on the 2^nd May 2022. You can do that in person or by mail. If you choose to send the forms by mail, the date stamp on the envelope is determining.

I file the tax return myself:
Fill in our data in the tax return form for natural persons type A (income from employment and agreements to perform work) or type B (self-employed persons and other freelancers) in the section Declaration of 2% Tax Assignation. Deliver the form to your tax office and pay the tax by the 31^st March 2023 (or by the date of deferred tax return).

A self-employed person can donate the minimum amount of € 3, which means that their tax must be at least € 150. If a self-employed person volunteered in 2022 for at least 40 hours, they can donate 3% of tax paid. In such a case, however, they must enclose a confirmation of volunteer work along with the tax form and submit all electronically via their personal zone on the website of the Financial Administration.

Fill in our data in the tax return form for legal entities in the section Declaration of 2% Tax Assignation. Deliver the form to your tax office and pay the tax by the 31^st March 2023 (or by the date of deferred tax return).

The assignment of 2% of tax paid is anonymous. If you wish us to know (and we would like to know) that you supported us, just check the consent box in the “Declaration” form. In that case, the tax office will communicate to us your name and address. We will not know the amount of your donation.
