Ateliéry zvedavosti Trenčín 2026 (Curiosity Ateliers) will bring a space for creation, relaxation, and playful discovery to Pohoda. Visitors of all ages will be able to try out creative workshops focused on sustainability, upcycling, and new ways to use materials that would otherwise end up as waste.

In addition to workshops, the zone will offer interactive activities for both children and adults, blending relaxation, play, and a shared experience. Highlights include an unconventional, interactive musical instrument made from PVC pipes, inviting everyone to spontaneously explore sounds and rhythms and make music together, regardless of age or musical background.

There will also be a giant collaborative coloring wall, which will come to life gradually throughout the festival, as well as interactive street furniture designed for resting, playing, and social gathering. Ateliéry zvedavosti will thus create a space where creativity connects with community, playfulness, and a sustainable approach to materials and shared space.

Workshop Trenčín 2026: Make your own upcycled fashion accessories from terrycloth towels

The Sustainable Fashion Lab workshop offers a simple and practical introduction to textile upcycling. Everyone who participates can make a small contribution towards the change the fashion industry needs.
In collaboration with Textile House, participants will transform used towels and bathrobes into new wearable pieces—terrycloth bucket hats, bags, or shorts. The workshop focuses on working with existing materials, experimenting with shape, volume, and function, and finding new ways to use textiles that have already served their original purpose.
Visitors can take their created garments and accessories home or use them immediately in the festival environment.

Workshop Trenčín 2026: Make upcycled phone cases, wallets, or keychains from event banners

Get inspired by ecology and change your perspective on waste. This workshop, organized in collaboration with ODPADNESH, will demonstrate how leftover materials can be turned into practical and usable products for everyday life.

Using banners from Trenčín 2026 events, you will be able to create a variety of upcycled accessories—such as a smartphone case, a small wallet for cash or cards, a keychain, or another small practical pouch. The result will be a simple, functional, and original product with its own story, finished with a cord made from recycled cotton.
The workshop also carries a social impact. The product templates were created in collaboration with disadvantaged women, mothers, and people at risk of poverty. Through this work, they gain valuable work experience, improve their living conditions, and integrate into the labor market.
