The Last Days of Jesus and Bratislava Burlesque at Pohoda 2019
After 18 long years, the gothic-rock band The Last Days of Jesus from Bratislava will perform at Pohoda again. However, their third performance at our festival will be no commemorative concert, but a thrilling live show for spectators over 18 years. Live joker (Diamond Fairy), seductive dancers from Bratislava Burlesque as well as songs from their fresh single Oh no! and some secret parts of the programme.

The Last Days of Jesus played on stages from Las Vegas to St. Petersburg, from Edinburgh to Naples. Together they performed in 20 countries. They shared the stage with legends such as The Damned, New Model Army and Visage. Reviewers tried to describe their work as gothic rock, death rock, gothic house, gothic punk, electro punk cabaret, dark rockabilly circus, ...
So far, The Last Days of Jesus have released 6 albums, 1 live album, 5 singles and have created music for a book, theatre and film. The latest album "The Last Circus" was released two years ago and is full of sad hits and crazy chansons. The album features famous jazz singer Hanka G., double bassist Fabko, trumpeter Maťo Korbelič and French multi-instrumentalist Hellebore. These days they are working on a song with the Slovak Ska legend Polemic. The band is currently formed by Mary0, Feššy, Anjou, dr. and Bajo.
