LOW KUNST CREW bring rap, punk and genre collisions to the Garáž stage
The project LOW KUNST CREW will also perform at Pohoda Festival. They are the second selection by Garáž stage curator Denis Bango, who is curating the stage this year together with Ľubo Šoška.

LOW KUNST CREW emerged from the fusion of two projects – Nízka Kultúra and Nižšie Rozlíšenie. A chance meeting of two similarly minded concepts brought together a theatre maker from Martin and a sewer worker from Trnava. Two differently charged particles collided like in a particle accelerator – the result is a genre-blending mix of rap, punk and other unpredictable sonic reactions.
The project is driven by Adam Karásek and Lukáš Brutovský, joined on stage by DJ Anna Andrisová. Their music moves freely between rap, experimentation and the raw intensity of live performance. LOW KUNST CREW create a sound that ignores genre boundaries while naturally combining club energy with punk urgency.
Curator Denis Bango says about his selection: “I'm always happy when I can pick something for Garáž from the Trnava hood. It’s not that there’s a shortage of talented people here, but you can’t stand behind everything with your head held high. Friend or not. I take some credit for bringing these two fascinatingly talented people together. Only Adam is actually from Trnava. Lukáš is from Martin. Both are essential parts of the cultural ecosystems of their cities. Multitalented creatures. But what they do together goes beyond Ableton and FL Studio and touches the nipples of genius. So far you can fully experience it only live. Maybe they’ll manage to release a full joint project before their Garáž show (I’ve already heard it). If not, that’s fine too. Because with these two I know things won’t just fall apart. And did I mention the grey eminence and the real boss of the project, Anička?”
The Garáž stage has long been a space dedicated to new and exciting voices of the Slovak music scene. LOW KUNST CREW will bring exactly the kind of energy that emerges where rap, punk and fearless experimentation collide.
Over three days (Thursday to Saturday), Pohoda 2026 will feature performances by Gorillaz, The Prodigy, Lykke Li, Denzel Curry, IDLES, Oliver Tree, Apashe & Brass Orchestra, Action Bronson, Emilíana Torrini, Baxter Dury, and many more.
For the first time in Pohoda’s history, there will also be a standalone Extra Day, featuring The Cure, The Twilight Sad, Just Mustard, and Denis Bango. For Wednesday – The Cure Extra Day, it is possible to purchase a single-day ticket or combine the experience with the full festival by buying a 4-day pass, which is currently the most cost-effective way to enjoy Pohoda in its entirety. Pohoda Festival will take place on July 8 & July 9–11, 2026, at Trenčín Airport.
