Divadlo Veteš: Zobúdzanky (Wake-up Tales)
Inspired by the cult children’s book Nám sa ešte nechce spať (We’re Not Ready for Bed Yet) by the iconic Daniel Hevier.
“Those who sleep don’t cause trouble,” they say. But life slips right through their fingers! “Zobúdzanky (Wake-up Tales) are not lullabies—they’re the exact opposite: an interactive and playful theatre performance with puppet elements for children, telling the story of two friends, Nela and Ela, who have magical crunchy snacks. Thanks to them, they transform into unexpected characters and embark on adventures they could never have dreamed of...
Divadlo Morgonrock: Krpci z tretieho vchodu (The Kids from the Third Entrance)
Krpci z tretieho vchodu is a poetic yet humorous tale about the childhood of six inseparable friends. This theatrical piece captures the unrepeatable atmosphere of outdoor childhood games from the days when children could spend the whole year outside—climbing trees, building forts, playing hide and seek, or swimming in the river beyond the town. Together with Oliver and his friends, you'll get to know all the games, wild ideas, and adventures they experienced from spring through winter. This playful performance blends puppetry techniques with interactive clown acts, during which children will learn many forgotten games, how to jump rubber bands, catch crayfish, or even make a toy crossbow. The performance was created as an adaptation of the popular children’s book of the same name by Peter Gärtner.
Suitable for children aged 3 years and over.
Divadlo spod perinky: Doktor Džejdžej (Doctor J.J.)
Divadlo Spod Perinky presents Doktor Džejdžej inspired by the story Doctor Aybolit by Korney Chukovsky.
Doctor J.J. is a renowned expert and thrill-seeking professional. With his exceptional practices, he treats not only people, but also animals and plants. He’ll do everything in his power to help his patients. So when he finds out that Chichi the monkey is in danger, he doesn’t hesitate and, together with his animal friends, he flies on a daring rescue mission all the way to Africa. But even such a brave man can get into trouble...
Nature, love, passion, betrayal.
Will J.J. manage to save himself and the animals?
Who are Žigmund and Minerálka and why does Butterfly walk instead of flying? And what does Robinson have to do with all this?
You will find out during Doctor J.J.'s consultation hours!
tanC.oz: Výmyselníci (Inventors)
A creative interactive adventure for everyone who wants to explore the world. Don't worry, you won't be alone on this journey. You will be guided by Inventors, for whom nothing is impossible, even if they have to improvise at times, and they will overcome all obstacles, except one... they tire easily. Join them in a world where the sun warms children's laughter and mutual cooperation recharges even the most exhausted inventors.
Suitable for children aged 3 years and over.
The brothers’ Grimm fairy tale about Snow White has a thousand versions. Bratislava puppet theatre brings thousand-and-first. The production team respects the well known, a little frightening plot of the classic story (a jealous stepmother wants the heart of Snow White, the huntsman brings her an animal heart, the stepmother tries to get rid of Snow White with a poisoned apple, Snow White bites into it and…), but they update this mini-horror for children in an original way and offer a number of merry and fresh ideas.
The author and the director work with humour and elements of absurdity. Snow White and the seven dwarves is based on professional comedianship, traditional elements of puppetry and on a classic tale spiced by contemporary phenomena. This all guarantees that Snow White is the one who falls asleep, not the spectators.
Suitable for children aged 6 years and over.
