The Prodigy to Play an Extended Set. Check Out the Latest Programme Updates

We have great news for all The Prodigy fans. The legendary British band, one of our special gifts for Pohoda's 30th anniversary, has agreed to play a longer set. The Prodigy will close the festival on the Zlatý Bažant Stage and will perform until at least 1:15 am on Saturday night. And who knows – if you give them enough energy, they might even stay on stage a little longer.

Over the weekend we'll also reveal the programme leading up to The Prodigy's performance. Following the tragic passing of Oliver Tree, we've been in touch with his agent and family and are preparing a special tribute to honour this exceptional artist. More details will be announced soon.

We've also added several new programme highlights.

On Friday afternoon, Café Kušnierik – Trenčín 2026 will host a discussion about what festivals bring to the cities that host them and what it takes to bring major international artists to Slovakia. The guests will be Pohoda's Barbora Bodnárová and Alex Bruford, head of one of the world's leading artist agencies, representing artists such as Nick Cave, PJ Harvey, Baxter Dury and Fontaines D.C. The discussion will be moderated by Holger Schmidt, director of Yourope, Europe's largest festival association.

On Saturday afternoon, a book signing with Zuzana Čaputová and Erik Tabery has been added to the Martinus Literary Tent. Their discussion with Czech President Petr Pavel will take place on Saturday at 2:00 pm on the EUrópa Stage.

Café Kušnierik – Trenčín 2026 will also host a special concert by Ještě jsme se nedohodli, dedicated to the memory of Lenka Zogatová, the long-time manager and supporter of the Czech and Slovak alternative music scene.

Saturday's Curious City 18+ programme now also includes a DJ set by Beyuz, while Laci Strike's Thursday night video DJ set has been extended until 2:15 am.

The Martinus Literary Tent has also added a new Saturday reading and discussion titled What's New in Poetry?

I'M GOING TO THE CURE EXTRA DAY

The 2026 Pohoda Festival is officially sold out, only one-day tickets for Wednesday, July 8—The Cure Extra Day—are still available.

If you already have a 3-day ticket for Pohoda 2026, you can still upgrade it with access to Wednesday and The Cure through a discounted upgrade ticket. Upgrades for 3-day parking and glamping products are also still available.
