Slovenská sporiteľňa to kick off the anniversary Pohoda in grand style with a rocket launch site, lights, and a smoke machine

Slovakia’s largest digital bank is partnering with Pohoda for the 17th time. This year, it will once again bring plenty of fun, experiences, and convenience, visually aligning with the festival's space theme.

The Slovenská sporiteľňa Zone will be designed as a rocket launch site this year, featuring a photo point that simulates a rocket launch. “We will kick off every concert in the Slovenská sporiteľňa Arena in grand style, utilizing the zone's centerpiece—an 8-meter rocket—along with light effects and a smoke machine,” states Marta Cesnaková, spokesperson for Slovenská sporiteľňa. A new feature of the zone will be a large viewing platform. “We believe people will especially enjoy it during the concerts, which they will be able to watch and listen to from an unconventional perspective,” adds Marta Cesnaková.

The Slovenská sporiteľňa Arena will also be the largest covered stage at Pohoda. Between concerts, you will be able to send messages to the future, which will be projected across the entire interior surface of the stage. The zone will offer not only entertainment but also shade and relaxation, corners to explore, beach loungers, and, weather permitting, the traditionally popular tethered hot air balloon rides by Slovenská sporiteľňa.

Paying with the special virtual card at Pohoda pays off
The design of the virtual Visa card, created by Slovenská sporiteľňa in collaboration with the festival, is also unique. Everyone who uses this special virtual Visa card with the unique Pohoda 30 design to pay at the festival will be rewarded by the bank with a 10% cashback of up to 20 euros.

Whether using the special virtual card or any other card, phone, or watch, contactless payments will be available thanks to 400 digital solutions across the entire festival. Convenient cashless exchange for returnable cups at multiple locations throughout the venue will also be a matter of course.

However, Pohoda with Slovenská sporiteľňa started even before July 8. During the last weekend of June, visitors were able to exchange their tickets for festival wristbands at dozens of selected branches across Slovakia. Up to 6,200 people took advantage of this option, saving them time upon arrival at the festival.
