Practical info for everyone who purchased a ticket and product upgrade

Pohoda is just around the corner, and we're excited that you've decided to celebrate the 30th anniversary edition of Pohoda Festival with us in its full, four-day format. Since The Cure Extra Day was announced after ticket sales had already begun, we'd like to briefly explain how entry to the festival grounds will work if you've upgraded your original three-day ticket to include this extra day. If you only have a 3-day ticket to Pohoda, or a 3-day parking and glamping pass, you can still upgrade your ticket or product to include Wednesday.

06. July 2026

After purchasing the upgrade, you received a payment confirmation, but you were not issued a new ticket. Your upgrade is automatically linked to your original three-day ticket in our system, so please use your original ticket when entering the festival grounds.

I've purchased the upgrade. What do I need to present at the entrance (festival grounds, parking, accommodation)? Present your original three-day ticket, please. We also recommend keeping your upgrade purchase confirmation (for example, on your phone or as a printed copy) in case we need to verify your purchase.

What should I do if I experience a problem?
TicketLive Help Desk with their support team will be available at both entrances (Gate O and Gate B). They will be happy to assist you with any issues you may encounter.

Do you have any questions or are you unsure about anything?
Please contact TicketLive support team at info@ticketlive.sk or pohoda@ticketlive.sk, or call them at +421 903 275 519. They will be happy to answer your questions and, if necessary, verify the validity of your ticket.

See you at the airport!

YOU CAN STILL PURCHASE AN UPGRADE:

The parking lot (including for RVs and camper vans) will open on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. The festival grounds – including the campsites and the festival’s main area, will open on Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. On Wednesday, entry, camping and parking are limited to those with a one-day or four-day ticket.
