The festival rush can sometimes lead to unexpected moments, and losing your keys, wallet, or phone can easily damp your mood. Luckily, our Lost & Found department is fully prepared and operates 24/7 from Wednesday 2:00 PM until Sunday 12:00 PM!

Found something? Bring it to us as soon as possible. Someone might already be anxiously searching for it.

Lost something? Come ask us in person. If your item hasn't been turned in yet, we will take down your contact details and call you the moment it arrives.

Security first: To make absolutely sure every item returns to its rightful owner, you must describe it precisely before we can hand it over (unlock the phone with your passcode, describe the wallpaper, or state the name on your ID).
