Call for interns for Pohoda Festival 2019
Would you like to join our team for Pohoda 2019? We are looking for a Communication and PR and a Hospitality intern starting from the first of April.

Communication & PR internship @ Pohoda Festival 2019
Your position:
You will be mainly responsible for helping with the communication and social media of the festival. Also being in communication with the artist management regarding media agreements will be part of your job. As communication internship you will work close together with Anton Repka our PR manager and Suzanne Verschueren our international PR manager.
Your tasks:
- Content and maintaining of our Viber account
- Following of the social media and news of our artists
- Keeping the official website up to date
- Making new media contacts with media of your country
- Coordination of the media requests of artists (photo permissions, broadcasting permission, interviews,...)
- Coordination of the media requests from media (interview requests, adverts,...)
Your qualities:
- You are currently following a bachelor- or master degree in communication (or a similar study)
- Fluent in English (writing & speaking), Slovak and other languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of Excel & Word
Our offer:
- A full time internship from 1st April till the 19th of July 2019 (Any earlier starting date is welcome.)

Hospitality internship @ Pohoda Festival 2019
Your position:
You will be responsible for a part of the preparation regarding the hospitality and catering at the festival Pohoda, communicating with foreign guests - providing flight tickets, accommodation and so on. During the festival you will be in contact with foreign guests of the festival (journalists, speakers, agents). You will work close together with Monika Matiašovská our Booking & Contracts & Artist Hospitality manager.
Your tasks:
- Updating excel sheets
- Preparing emails for agents
- Maintaining the contact with foreign guests
- Going through hospitality riders
- Supporting Monika with others tasks
Your qualities:
- You are currently following a bachelor- or master degree in hospitality or business management (or a similar study)
- Fluent in English (writing & speaking), Slovak and other languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of Excel & Word
