Skills for the 21st Century – Future of Work and Innovation
Artificial intelligence and digitalisation have long been discussed in the context of the labour market. However, it is already foreseeable that the exponential curve of their development will rise even steeper than expected. What impact will this have on workers? What skills will we need to acquire to cope in an era when machines and software are effectively replacing the general knowledge and skills that until recently required humans? What new jobs will emerge?
The changes will undoubtedly be reflected in the organisation of working time or in the design of workplaces. What can we expect? How will workers' rights and obligations evolve in the 21st century?
