Saturday morning will be a celebration of the timeless art of Rajasthan through authentic Indian folk music and traditional dances. The Rajasthani Folk Legacy Society will take to the Zlatý Bažant Stage at exactly 5 a.m. at Pohoda 2025.

The famous Indian cultural ensemble, the Rajasthani Folk Legacy Society, was founded in 2008 and is dedicated to preserving and promoting the living folk traditions of Rajasthan.

Over the past 16 years, they have brought Rajasthani folk art to nearly every corner of India – from cultural festivals in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai to rural celebrations in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab, and Kerala. They also present India’s cultural heritage on stages around the world.

Their performances showcase art forms listed as part of UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage, such as the Kalbeliya dance. Their mission is to share the living heritage of Rajasthan across the globe through authentic music, dance, and storytelling.
