P/\ST is a Prague-based experimental rap duo "with a crossover into hard electronica", consisting of Dan Kranich and Ivo Sedláček. In 2019, they released their debut album "Expedice do vnitrobloku", and their career success was also secured by their second place in the Starter contest of the Czech Radio Wave.
Their third album, "Tinnitus", was released in the spring and once again confirms that they are moving in the right musical direction with each record. Don't expect rap clichés, but an incredible flow, lyrics with a meaningful message, and a well-done fusion of rap and electronica.
"We discovered P/\ST thanks to our cooperation with Radio Wave when they came to Pohoda a few years ago as the most interesting band of their Starter contest. Our paths crossed again last year at the Končiny and Beseda festivals, and I was truly taken aback. P/\ST is a confident and cool band that crushes everything around them with an exceptional contemporary sound and stage presence. Great lyrics and performances from both members – in my opinion, they are a treasure of the Czech music scene," adds Mišo Kaščák, CEO of Pohoda.
