Bratislava-born producer DJ GÄP has become one of the most exciting names on the contemporary club scene. His productions transform melancholy into euphoria and chaos into beauty, while his sought-after bootlegs and edits have become staple DJ tools found on USB drives across the global underground.
He has released music on labels including Ashida Park, Cakeshop's Carousel and Mäss, while his tracks have been championed in mixes by artists such as VTSS, Tzusing, Mobilegirl and Toccororo. He has collaborated with Miss Jay and João Lågrima de Ouro, while underground heavyweights Tayhana, Nick León and Why Be have remixed his work.
His Burning Brakes EP was selected by Bandcamp as one of the Best Club Releases of 2022, while the track Bird Attack featured in the MUGLER SS22 campaign, musically directed by Bobby Beethoven (formerly Total Freedom).
DJ GÄP has performed at clubs and festivals across Europe and Asia, including Corsica Studios in London, Razzmatazz in Barcelona, FUCHS2 in Prague, Panke Culture in Berlin, Cakeshop in Seoul, Gift Space in Dalian, China, and Lunchmeat Festival.
