Tramhaus will wow you with their live show at Pohoda 2026
Rotterdam’s post-hardcore sensation Tramhaus will bring their explosive live energy, noisy guitars and emotionally charged performances to Pohoda 2026. In just a few years, the band has become one of the most exciting new names on the European guitar scene.
14. May 2026
Formed in 2020, Tramhaus quickly gained attention for their intense live shows that seamlessly blend post-hardcore, punk, shoegaze and noise rock. Their concerts are known for pulling audiences into a whirlwind of emotion from the very first note until the very last. Their sound is both raw and melodic — full of tension, urgency and unpredictability.
Their debut album The First Exit, released in September 2024, received widespread critical acclaim. Dutch music platform 3voor12 named it Album of the Week, while major Dutch newspapers awarded it perfect scores. The band also sold out their release show at the legendary Paradiso venue. Their music has been championed by BBC Radio 6 Music, KEXP and Iggy Pop.
In a remarkably short time, Tramhaus have played more than a hundred shows across Europe and beyond — including appearances at Primavera Sound, Sziget Festival and SXSW. Their touring philosophy is deeply rooted in DIY culture and close collaboration with independent venues, promoters and festivals worldwide.
Tramhaus will arrive at Pohoda with new music as well — their second album Blister is set for release in October 2026. The first single, Plovdiv, was partly written during a tour stop in Bulgaria.
Pohoda 2026 will feature performances by The Cure, Gorillaz, The Prodigy, Lykke Li, Denzel Curry, IDLES, Oliver Tree, Apashe & Brass Orchestra, Action Bronson, Emilíana Torrini, Baxter Dury, and many more.
The festival is already sold out; only a limited number of 4-day passes remain.
One-day tickets for THE CURE Extra Day are still available.
Pohoda Festival will take place on July 8 & July 9–11, 2026, at Trenčín Airport.
