A low-cost spring trip to Paris, a hike in the mountains during peak season, euphoric summer open-air festivals, and a winter escape to exotic Asia. At first glance, these are completely different adventures. But if something goes wrong, they all do have one thing in common: an unpleasant—and potentially expensive—experience. That’s exactly why it pays to think ahead and include year-round travel insurance in your adventure planning. You can take care of that with Pohoda Festival’s partner, Generali Insurance. And if you arrange your annual travel insurance online, you’ll receive a 10% discount. → read more

We are incredibly excited that in record time, we’ve managed to book a musical ensemble we’ve been pursuing for a while. Africa Express is coming to Pohoda 2025 with a 50-member band led by the legendary Damon Albarn. Due to illness, Massive Attack unfortunately won’t be able to perform at the Pohoda festival. In addition to Pohoda, just yesterday they also cancelled two prior shows in Bonn and Berlin, Germany. We wish everyone affected a swift recovery and return to the stage. We’ve been working for years to bring this concert to Pohoda, so it is especially regrettable that we will have to wait a bit longer to see Massive Attack at the festival. We hope you will still enjoy Pohoda despite this news—we will keep you updated on any program changes today. → read more

Pohoda is one of the greenest festivals in Europe—thanks in part to the students of Comenius University in Bratislava. Through the ECOmenius project, they educate festival goers on how to sort waste more effectively. This year, the educational focus expands to include workshops held in a revamped university tent and a series of inspiring talks. These will now be accessible to a larger audience, as they move to a more spacious venue: the Swiss Re Arena next to the Comenius University tent. → read more
The airport now almost resembles the festival site as we know them. Almost all the big buildings are already built, now we can fine-tune the details like lights or temporary roads. It rained during the day, but we really appreciated it after the recent heat. And as it happens, after every rain the sun comes out. So in the evening we had our Sunset stream with a real summer sunset. Only 3 more days and we will experience sunsets and sunrises together. Photo: Michal Hradský. → read more
