Gabriel “Gabstro” Sebő is the man with the recipe for one of Pohoda’s most important festival essentials – making sure no one goes hungry. As the festival’s Catering & Gastro Director, he oversees everything from breakfast to late-night cravings. But when day turns into night, he swaps the menu for a playlist and, at the stroke of midnight, serves up his Gabstronomy Selection.
This won’t be a tasting menu. Expect a proper XXL serving of beats to satisfy your dancing appetite after a full day at the festival. Gabstro will pull the juiciest tracks from his musical pantry, mix in tried-and-tested festival classics, season them with a few unexpected ingredients and, just when you think you've had enough... he'll offer you a second helping.
Join us at Ayvens Roller Disco on Friday at midnight and discover that sometimes the best menu isn't served on a plate, but on the dance floor – with roller skates on your feet, a smile on your face, and an extra-generous portion of music.
