Tickets for Pohoda 2025, along with other festival products (such as accommodation and parking), are available via our website in the Shop section, through our official ticketing partner Ticketlive, or at authorised physical shops of our contractual partners. This is the best way to avoid the risk of being denied entry to the festival due to an invalid ticket.

If you’ve purchased a festival ticket, parking space or accommodation (with the exception of Family Camp or Comfort Camp) but are unable to attend, we recommend reselling your ticket securely via our secondary ticketing partner TicketSwap.

How does selling through TicketSwap work?

TicketSwap guarantees safe and fair ticket buying and selling via their website or mobile app.

How to sell your ticket securely:

• Step 1: Go to www.ticketswap.com/pohoda-festival
• Step 2: Follow the instructions to upload the ticket you want to sell. It will be verified and then listed for resale.
• Step 3: Once sold, the money will be transferred to your account, usually the next working day.
• Step 4: The uploaded ticket becomes INVALID, and the buyer receives a brand-new, secure ticket.

Can I sell a physical ticket on TicketSwap?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to sell a physical ticket via TicketSwap, even if you scan it. TicketSwap currently does not accept scanned or physical tickets. They verify the authenticity of each ticket, and with physical tickets, they’re currently unable to guarantee security.

Can I sell a parking ticket on TicketSwap?
Yes, through the TicketSwap platform you can sell not only entry tickets but also parking tickets or accommodation at Pohoda (except for Family Camp and Comfort Camp). You can also safely buy tickets through this platform.

Can I sell a Family Camp or Comfort Camp ticket on TicketSwap?
No. Unfortunately, due to new rules requiring a specific number of people to be linked to each spot or voucher in the Family or Comfort Camp, it’s no longer technically possible to resell these through TicketSwap.

Can I sell products like AirBed Inn or Lock Inn via TicketSwap?
Yes. Apart from Family Camp and Comfort Camp tickets, you can sell any ticket or product purchased through Pohoda’s official channels on TicketSwap.

Can I sell a 3-Day ticket or Junior Ticket for ISIC/ITIC holders on TicketSwap?
Yes. However, the buyer must also hold a valid ISIC or ITIC card. The same applies to PwD and PwD-C tickets.
