Alina Pash – one of the most distinctive voices of the Ukrainian music scene, to perform at the Concert for Ukraine
The Concert for Ukraine, taking place on Sunday, February 22 in Bratislava’s Main Square, will also feature a performance by Ukrainian singer Alina Pash. She will be joined by Belgian-Canadian producer Apashe, with whom she shares several tracks, Slovak singer Katarzia, and the children’s choir Sirénčatá.

Alina Pash is one of the most distinctive voices of the contemporary Ukrainian music scene. In her work, she blends deep Ukrainian ritual and folkloric elements with rap, electronic music, and powerful bass production. Her performances feel like a strong, almost ceremonial musical experience – a place where tradition meets the present and folklore meets club energy.
In Ukraine, she quickly became a prominent figure: she performed on Kyiv’s main square during Independence Day celebrations in front of President Volodymyr Zelensky, and later that same day headlined the country’s largest rave festival, Brave! Factory. Today, she is also active in the United States, where she is preparing a new album and developing her unique live concept on the international stage.
She comes to the Concert for Ukraine not only as an artist, but also as a voice of a country that has been defending itself against Russian aggression for four years: “I am coming not only as an artist, but as a Ukrainian woman whose country continues to fight every day for freedom and the right to live in peace. For me, performing in the main square is a way to say: we are still here, we are still human, and we still believe in light even in dark times. Music cannot stop war. But it can bring people together. It can remind us that freedom, dignity, and compassion are things we must protect together. I am deeply grateful to Slovakia for standing with Ukraine. Your support is not invisible. It is felt. And when we gather in the heart of Bratislava, it will be more than a concert – it will be a moment of unity, strength, and shared humanity.”
The Concert for Ukraine, organized together with BKIS since the beginning of the full-scale war in 2022, is an annual expression of solidarity with our eastern neighbors. This year’s lineup features Apashe, Katarzia, Sirénčatá children’s choir, and Alina Pash. The concert starts at 19:00 and entry is free.
The event is organized by Pohoda Festival and the Bratislava Cultural and Information Centre.

На Концерті для України, який відбудеться в неділю, 22 лютого на Головній площі Братислави, виступить також українська співачка Alina Pash. Разом із нею на сцені з’являться бельгійсько-канадський продюсер Apashe, з яким Alina має кілька спільних пісень, словацька співачка Katarzia та дитячий хор Sirénčatá.
Alina Pash є однією з найяскравіших постатей сучасної української музичної сцени. У своїй творчості вона поєднує глибокі українські ритуальні та фольклорні елементи з репом, електронною музикою та потужною басовою подачею. Її виступи мають характер сильного, майже обрядового музичного досвіду — місця, де традиція зустрічається із сучасністю, а фольклор із клубною енергією.
В Україні вона швидко стала помітною особистістю: виступала на головній площі Києва під час святкування Дня незалежності перед президентом Володимиром Зеленським, а того ж дня стала хедлайнеркою найбільшого українського рейв-фестивалю Brave! Factory. Сьогодні вона також працює у США, де готує новий альбом та розвиває свій унікальний лайв-концепт на міжнародній сцені.
На Концерт для України вона приїжджає не лише як артистка, а й як голос країни, яка вже чотири роки захищається від російської агресії: «Я приїжджаю не лише як артистка, а й як українка, чия країна щодня бореться за свободу та право жити в мирі. Для мене виступ на головній площі — це спосіб сказати: ми все ще тут, ми все ще люди, і ми все ще віримо у світло навіть у темні часи. Музика не може зупинити війну. Але вона може об’єднувати людей. Вона може нагадувати нам, що свобода, гідність і співчуття — це цінності, які ми маємо захищати разом. Я щиро вдячна Словаччині за підтримку України. Ваша підтримка не є невидимою. Її відчувають. І коли ми зберемося в серці Братислави, це буде більше, ніж концерт — це буде момент єдності, сили та спільної людяності».
Концерт для України, який ми організовуємо разом із BKIS від початку повномасштабної війни у 2022 році, є щорічним проявом солідарності з нашими східними сусідами. Початок концерту о 19:00, вхід вільний.
