SOFT PLAY (formerly Slaves) is a fantastic British punk rock band that has made quite an impact in just a few years. Their debut album, "Are You Satisfied?" was nominated for the 2015 Mercury Prize as well as the BBC Sound of 2015. The second album was co-produced by Mike D from the Beastie Boys, who also made a guest appearance on one of the tracks.
They produced slowthai's song "Missing" and you can also hear them on Gorillaz's "Momentary Bliss" and even on Chase and Status' "Control".
All three albums secured spots in the TOP 10 of the UK album chart. No wonder, their catchy riffs and energetic punk are fantastic. If you're in the mood for a genuine punk dance party, make sure not to miss SOFT PLAY at Pohoda 2024.
