Don't miss the British duo Jockstrap at Pohoda 2024. They're truly one of the best acts in the music scene lately. Their work is a blend of sophisticated sounds and unpredictable production, complemented by the singer's delicate vocals. In each track, you'll find a mix of post-dubstep, alternative pop, and experimental elements, making the sound unpredictable yet somehow familiar.
Georgia Ellery and Taylor Skye first gained recognition in 2020 with the release of their EP, "Wicked City," on the renowned Warp label. They perfected their craft on their debut album, "I Love You Jennifer B", which wowed all prestigious publications that placed it at the top of their annual album charts. Album was nominated for Mercury Prize 2023. They were praised by magazines such as NME, Pitchfork, The Guardian, The FADER, and many others. In November, they dropped a remix version of their debut album, titled "I<3UQTINVU".
The singer Georgia could be seen at Pohoda in 2022 with the excellent band Black Country, New Road; of which she is also a member.
