Radioactivity measurement and competitions at SNUS tent

For the ninth time, 20 volunteers of the Young Generation of the Slovak Nuclear Society (SNUS) will present themselves at Pohoda festival. In a tent located next to the NGO passage you will be able to measure your radioactivity, demonstrate your knowledge in a quiz and thus get a chance to win five smart watches, power-banks and other great prizes. You will find out what radioactive elements are found naturally in the human body and that radioactivity is all around us. You can get a look at the radon map of Slovakia, learn more about the operation of a nuclear power plant, or find out where you can come across ionizing radiation.
