You will be able to ease yourself into relaxed mode and practice Laktofree open air yoga this year as well. Lessons with a professional coach will be held near Martinus tent on Friday and Saturday from eight, nine and ten in the morning. Rajo will again provide light free breakfast for the festival-goers. You can meet a couple with a large wicker basket going around the festival site, who will distribute tasty packages with Laktofree Cottage Cheese, pastries and apples. → read more

The new stage Sporka Science & Magic, a beautiful wooden tent with stained glass, is one of the big novelties of Pohoda 2019. During the day, it will hold scientific lectures and an inspiring talk show by Mári Šmýkal; in the afternoon, it will turn into a beautiful concert area. After dark the programme will be exclusively for adult attenders. On Friday and Saturday nights it will host the Red Cat Cabaret with their NeferNefer & Burlesque Show. Seductive performances of adorable girls are accompanied by elegance, humour, quality music and impressive choreographies with a spicy touch. For the 11th time, Pohoda will have also the European Commission Representation in Slovakia. Every year, the Representation brings to our festival the EU Fun Zone full of knowledge quizzes and games for great prizes. The European Commission also provides a lot of information and useful advice on how to go to study or find a traineeship abroad and how to take advantage of the many benefits the EU brings to us. In addition, this yearʼs EU Fun Zone will include also the European Commissionʼs Joint Research Centre (JRC) stand, where you will be able to try virtual reality.  → read more

Ľudová hudba Pokošovci from Horehronie village Šumiac will make the Pohoda 2019 NAY Dance House sway as well. It is one of the best and most popular traditional Roma musics in Slovakia. In addition to the dynamic playing expression, they also standout by an impressive multi-voice singing in a harmoniously specific performance, typical for the region of the eastern "Hron" and for the interpretation of local, original Roma folk songs. → read more

Professionals perceives Raptor Koch as the best Frank Zappa living east of Branisko. His concert with the band had its premiere in Groningen, Netherlands, where he, Vojdi and The Wilderness performed at the alternative Pinguin Radio Showcase festival. Raptor started with fairy tales Havko Piťko, continued with the Peacar a Pas mech aliby project from which the current Raptor Koch emerged. He swims far away from safe waters, in the deep end of musical anarchy. Where others grind edges, Raptor Koch adds colour and takes you to the unknown and new places. Musician, actress and traveler Dorota Nvotová will perform twice at Pohoda 2019 – as a singer and pianist in the project Bolo nás jedenásť, and with her own work and band, too. She recorded the album "More" at the end of the last year (almost six years after the last album "Just!"). She’ll present it at our festival together with a fantastic band consisting of Marián Slávka, Filip Hittrich and Vladislav "Slnko" Šarišský. → read more
