The programme of Pohoda 2026 will also feature the Bratislava-based independent theatre collective Uhol_92 will present their musical comedy Happy End, a witty and playful exploration of relationships, identity and the stories that shape our ideas about love.
Set on the eve of a wedding, Happy End unfolds at the moment when everything can change – it might be the beginning of a new life chapter or the end of the world. Through lively debates and musical numbers, the characters dive into topics such as feminism, the search for positive masculinity, and the contradictions of modern European humanism. Along the way, a live wedding band plays love songs that connect generations – because heartbreak never goes out of style.

Written and directed by Alžbeta Vrzgula, the piece blends stand-up energy with theatrical storytelling and pop-culture references. The cast features Veronika Husovská, Lenka Libjaková, and Peter Ondrejička, with music composed by Miloš Bulík and Peter Kunzo. Drawing on both Greek mythology and early-2000s pop hits, the show asks what we should keep—and what we should let go of—from the stories that shaped our ideas about heroes, love and relationships.

According to Slovak media reviews, the production tackles serious themes with humour and lightness, raising questions about how we think about relationships, masculinity and feminism today. Critics have highlighted its ability to combine pop-culture playfulness with thoughtful social commentary.
At Pohoda Festival, Happy End will bring smart humour, live music and a fresh perspective on love, identity and the roles we play in our lives.
