Slovak DJ, producer, and event organiser Sancta will perform at the 30th edition of Pohoda Festival. Catch her live on Saturday, July 11, at 10:15 a.m. at Curious City 18+.

Sancta is one of the most exciting names on Slovakia's new electronic music scene. After spending three years studying music production and DJing in Berlin, she developed a distinctive sound that blends trance, hardgroove, and techno with elements of baile funk and Jersey club. Her sets are energetic, carefully structured, and constantly shift between immersive grooves and unexpected twists, keeping dancefloors moving throughout.

She has also become an important figure on the local club scene as the founder of IGNITE+421, a Bratislava-based event series dedicated to trance and hardgroove. The project celebrates underground rave culture while creating an inclusive space centred around authenticity, connection, and community.

In May, Sancta released her debut full-length album daisy—a ten-track instrumental record spanning experimental electronics, indie pop, lo-fi house, and ambient music. Written, produced, mixed, and mastered entirely by Sancta herself, the album reflects personal stories and emotions through a sound that is both delicate and boldly experimental.
