When and where will Pohoda 2022 take place?

The date is set to July 7—8—9, 2022 and it will take place at the Trenčín airport, as usual.

Are tickets purchased for the 2020 or 2021 editions valid for this yearʼs edition of the festival?

Yes. You don’t need to do anything, the tickets remain valid. This applies to all types of tickets—3-day tickets, KIDS and JUNIOR tickets, parking cards, caravan parking, and accommodation.

If KIDS or JUNIOR ticket holders were of eligible age at the time of the festival edition for which tickets were purchased, such tickets will be valid also in 2022, even if ticket holders no longer meet the age limit. Please bring along a document that can confirm the age of such ticket holder.

Are parking cards purchased for the 2020 or 2021 editions valid for this yearʼs edition of the festival?

If KIDS or JUNIOR ticket holders were of eligible age at the time of the festival edition for which tickets were purchased, such tickets will be valid also in 2022, even if ticket holders no longer meet the age limit. Please bring along a document that can confirm the age of such ticket holder.

Are accommodation vouchers (huts, Tent Inn) purchased for the 2020 or 2021 editions valid for this yearʼs edition of the festival?

Do I need to do something if I have tickets for the 2020 or 2021 editions and I want to use them for this year?

No, tickets remain valid and not action is required.

I have tickets purchased for the 2020 or 2021 editions, but I can’t attend the festival, can I have them refunded?

No, the refund period in 2020 as well as in 2021 was 6 months after the rescheduling of the festival was announced, and it ended in October 2021.

I bought tickets to the festival because of a specific band or artist, but they will not perform at the 2022 edition. Can I please have my tickets refunded because you changed the line-up?

No, the refund period in 2020 as well as in 2021 was 6 months after the rescheduling of the festival was announced, and it ended in October 2021. The line-up may change in any year and it is not a reason to refund tickets.

I have a JUNIOR ticket from 2020 (2021), it was bought at a time when I was under 18 years old. Today I am over 18 and I am not eligible for the JUNIOR category. Can I still use it?

Yes. Holders of such tickets will be allowed to enter the festival, even if they have “entered” a different age category in the meantime. Please note that we know when a particular ticket was purchased and we believe that this option will not be abused. Please bring along a document that can confirm your age.

We have tickets for the festival, which we bought in 2020/2021 for the KIDS category. Meanwhile, the child for whom they were purchased “entered” into a higher age category. Can they still use the KIDS ticket?

Yes. Holders of such tickets will be allowed to enter the festival, even if they have “entered” a different age category in the meantime. Please note that we know when a particular ticket was purchased and we believe that this option will not be abused. All JUNIOR and KIDS tickets sold for the 2020 and 2021 editions remain valid for Pohoda 2022. Similarly, the age limit for transferred tickets is automatically extended by 1 year (for the non-realised Pohoda 2021 edition) and by 2 years (for the non-realised Pohoda 2020 edition). When a JUNIOR ticket holder who is older than 17 (they are 18 or 19 years old at the time of the festival) enters the festival, they will receive a JUNIOR wristband (the type of wristband that goes with the type of ticket) at the gate. You can have your wristband changed to the adult type in the Pohoda Shop at the festival, if you are interested. You will need your ID card and your purchased used JUNIOR ticket (so don’t throw it away) to have your wristband changed. It will also be possible to change KIDS wristbands to JUNIOR wristbands in the Pohoda Shop (again, the ticket and ID card will be required).

I lost my e-ticket. Can you issue me a new one?

Yes, if you have a proof of purchase. The purchased ticket will be resent to the e-mail specified in the original order. In this case, please contact us at shop@pohodafestival.sk. We strongly advise against buying tickets outside of official resellers, as they may be blocked.

I lost my paper, “nice” ticket. Can you issue me a new one?

No. A paper ticket is a valuable with security features, so we are not able to determine who the real owner is. If someone finds your ticket, they can use it—just as you can use, for example, the money found. In such cases, we offer a solution where you purchase a new ticket at the current price, and if no one uses your original ticket, we will refund you. This solution is only available if you have a proof of purchase.

What version of the festival are you preparing?

We are preparing the full version—a festival with a capacity of 30,000 people, including tent camps and gastro zones.

What anti-pandemic measures will be in place during the festival?

We do not know. We are monitoring the situation and will report on any restrictions, but we are optimistic.

Will also unvaccinated, non-recovered people be allowed to enter?

We do not know; it depends on the situation and the measures at the time. We believe that the festival will take place in full capacity and without significant restrictions. In any case, even in the case of the OP+ regime (which we do not anticipate), we will allow entry to those unvaccinated people who have medically confirmed reasons for not being able to get vaccinated, as defined by the relevant decrees of the Public Health Office of the Slovak Republic and the guidance of the Ministry of Health.

I am not vaccinated, I have not recovered from covid-19—if the festival takes place in the OP or OP+ regime, will you refund my ticket?

Should such a restriction occur, we will determine a period in which the tickets can be returned.

Will it be possible to camp at the festival?

We expect it to be possible.

What types of measures do you anticipate?

We anticipate increased demands on hygiene and capacity limitations in enclosed spaces. We consider all the anticipated measures to be manageable and such that will not prevent us from organising the festival in the full traditional version.

Do you consult the preparations with experts?

Yes, as in 2020 and 2021, also now we are in contact with the best experts in Slovakia. We thank Mrs. Krištúfková, Štefkovičová, Bražinová, and Mr. Richard Kollár for consultations.

If the festival reschedules again this year, will you be refunding tickets?

Yes, if the festival is rescheduled, we will again offer a six-month period during which tickets can be returned.

Will you add caravan parking/Family camp tickets, as they are sold out at the moment?

We are performing an analysis of returned tickets and we will release for sale the spots that remained available on 21.3. at 10:00 am.

Will you offer any other types of accommodation?

Yes, we will offer 5-person tents in Chill Village and 5-person tents in Family Park and Tent Inn.

When will you close the line-up of Pohoda 2022?

We expect to close the line-up in May.

I want to be a vendor at the festival, who should I contact?

If you are a gastro-vendor, please register on our website in the gastro section. For other goods, please write to predajcovia@pohodafestival.sk.

I want to become a partner of the festival, who should I contact?

Please write to dominika@pohodafestival.sk. We look forward to working with you.
