The Glasgow-based producer and DJ TAAHLIAH has shared the stage with the likes of SOPHIE, LSDXOXO and 100 Gecs. The aforementioned SOPHIE has also heavily influenced her work. She has also released her own EP Angelica (2001), which won Best Independent EP/Mixtape at the 2022 AIM Awards (FKA Twigs was also nominated in this category).
Her Boiler Room performance, a mix of EDM and contemporary electronica, is a manifesto for what the future of dance music should sound like. Her work and sets fuse dance bangers with EDM, deconstructed club and hyperpop.
Last year she won the BBC Introducing Dance Artist of the Year Award, confirming her position at the forefront of the contemporary electronic scene. She has also performed at legendary events such as Fabric, Razzmatazz, Dour Festival, Latitute Festival and Sziget.
