Filip Topol & Agon Orchestra CZ
This year at Pohoda, the Filip Topol & Agon Orchestra project honours the memory of Filip Topol, the frontman of the legendary Czech underground band Psí vojáci, who passed away ten years ago.
You can listen to the well-known songs of the band Psí vojáci in a special musical arrangement by composer Petr Kofroň, accompanied by the Agon Orchestra and with the original voice of Filip Topol.
Psí vojáci and the Agon Orchestra began their collaboration in 2000, when they performed several songs in this special arrangement at their joint concerts. In 2001, the collaboration with Filip resulted in the recording of the album Filip Topol & Agon Orchestra, which was realised with an 18-piece orchestra.
We are pleased to honour the memory of Filip Topol and the band Psí vojácí with this rare and special musical project at Pohoda.
