IKE & FLEGMA are excellent MCs whose collaboration last year resulted in the famous album Horúci júl v Memphise (Hot July in Memphis). And it's going to be a hot July in Pohoda during their concert at the Garage too! Soundchasers of the year!
"It is rare to have a contemporary sound and at the same time not try to conform to trends, but rather to embellish the art of good old rap skills. And doing it well is even rarer. IKE and FLEGMA are able to satisfy all the old heads calling for the return of old-school hip-hop without travelling back in time and recycling the old sound. On the contrary, they rely on honest rap skills combined with high-quality production, for which they have a good feel," adds Garage curator Denis Bango (Fvck_Kvlt, The Wilderness) about the booking.

Adam the World often mentions nostalgia in his songs, emphasising impressions and emotions while exploring social structures and their connections. His music spans various genres, but neo-soul, trap, and alternative R&B elements shine through prominently.
Vrillton, on the other hand, hedonistically raps about the world, sadness, ignorance, and swag in his tracks. His music is full of phonk and abstract hip-hop.
"One of the most captivating acts at genre-blending concerts. With a diverse range of sounds, from classic trap to hyperpop to bold experimental trips. It's essential for a wide audience to discover their talent," comments Garage curator Denis Bango (Fvck_Kvlt, The Wilderness).
Kedinygeng (SK)

This rap group from Košice has been making waves on Soundcloud for a while, but their first streaming release, "Rave na kotlebovom hrobe", came out in May 2023. Later that month, they dropped their debut mixtape, Kedinygeng tape, Vol. 1, featuring collaborations with artists like Edúv syn and Marek from Spánok v lese letargie.
Their live shows often bring to mind Skepta's old basement gigs, with more people on stage than beneath it. "I started rapping because I didn't want my grandma to be scared by what's on TV," says yolaus.
"Punk rap, trap, alternative hip-hop... however you want to categorise contemporary underground rap, much like various media outlets are clumsily trying to do, Kedinygeng encompasses it all. Dark yet humorous and insightful when they choose it to be. They're a must-see and must-hear," adds Garage curator Denis Bango (Fvck_Kvlt, The Wilderness) about the booking.
Punkinson (SK)

Involved in music since the age of twelve, Punkinson has already ventured into various musical projects across different genres, such as Sushicide or Angel. Currently, he's fully dedicated to the Punkinson project. He's also caught the attention of Gleb, who granted him a place in his Rapinbox project.
Punkinson is currently in the process of working on his first album titled HIRAETH, slated for release soon. He's not one to stick to a single style and enjoys experimenting with different genres. The support of Leoprincessa is integral to his work; they engage in discussions about his projects, and he also also assists him as a DJ while managing the project's graphic design.
"Producer and rapper – that's what I like. Punkinson perfects his flows, and you can see from his lyrics that he isn't just focused on himself; he cleverly comments on current societal events, sometimes subtly, sometimes directly. Plus, he makes amazing productions. I think more people should become familiar with him," says Garage curator Denis Bango (Fvck_Kvlt, The Wilderness), commenting on the booking.

2 MANKY HOOKERS AND A RACIST DWARF is a relatively new musical project made up of members of bands such as Betón, Fyasco, Funus, Agregat, S.I.K.A. and Mental Tension. They serve an awesome mix of hardcore punk with a pinch of crust and stoner with female vocals.
"Pure hell. You know what hell looks like? Like 2 MANKY HOOKERS AND A RACIST DWARF. God. Unreal hell," adds the Garage curator Denis Bango (Fvck_Kvlt, The Wilderness) about the booking.
PeXseXo (SK)

PeXseXo describes themselves as the depressed children of the underground scene who have created another superband because, let's face it, there will never be enough bands in the Žilina scene. They have been on the scene for about a year, blending different genres like alt-rock, punk and grindcore in their work.
"At the time of writing, you won't find any official recordings of Žilina's Pexsexo anywhere. But you can meet them quite often at concerts, where they tend to stand out with their performance. I personally saw them live in the big hall of Tabačka in Košice, and although as another performer I didn't have much time to enjoy the evening from the position of a spectator, I made time for PeXseXo and didn't regret it. Punk stage presence, noise rock and a bit of shoegaze onomatopoeia; insistent vocals piercing the listener with meaningful messages, and hardcore explosions giving way to quiet passages, much like life itself likes to do to a person. They are great!" adds Garage curator Denis Bango (Fvck_Kvlt, The Wilderness) about the booking.
